俄罗斯科学院语言学研究所“语言-民族关系研究中心”领军研究员、高尔基世界文学研究所领军研究员；研究领域涉及社会语言学、语言理论、跨文化交际，主要研究俄罗斯及其他国家的语言状况、语言政策、语言立法，以及语言民俗学、语言文化学，已发表学术作品120余项，其中包括在俄罗斯及其他国家出版的12部专著，在俄联邦民族语言应用、语言状况的社会语言学分类、语言政策研究方面探索了新路径，提出预测研究方法。
█ 主讲人简介
In the frames of the lecture there will be considered the concept and typology of language conflicts and the possibility of estimating the conflict potential among speakers. The prerequisites and causes of the emergence of language conflicts in language communities, as well as the incentives and triggers that provoke their occurrence are investigated. The main approaches to the typology of language conflicts are described. The methodology for measuring the conflictogenic potential of the language community by conducting surveys among speakers is analyzed, and its application in practice is presented. The paper considers three methods for measuring the conflictogenic potential, developed on the basis of assessing the existing threats to the stability of the current language situation in the community and identifying the degree of satisfaction among the members of the language community. The first method for assessing tensions in a language community is considered in the context of a threat to the identity of a language group. The second method of studying the potential for conflict is a combination of three components: realistic, symbolic threats and intergroup anxiety. The third method for assessing the tension of a language community is the method of predictive scaling, which identifies four stages in the development of a language conflict.
